Animal feed consists of main nutrients in the form Carbohydrates, Proteins & Fats out of which carbohydrates and proteins are easily soluble in water present in the gut and gets digested where as fates are nit soluble in water and do not get properly digested.
LYSOSORB is natural organic emulsifier for fat & oil with water to form uniform mixing of hydrophobic nutrients like fatty acids, fat soluble Vitamins and certain amino acids in water. LYSOSORB breakdown large aggregates or droplets of oil into smaller droplets. Fat molecules are emulsified with LYSOSORB and then hydrolyzed by lipase.
Naturally bile and their salts paly an important role in animals for dissolving fat or oil in water by the process of emulsification which also accelerates the oil digestion. But in case of chicken they do not get enough time for fat or oil digestion because of their complex structure, poor bile secretion and less feed passage time in the gut, which leads to poor performance. Bile salts are not adequately produced hence feed need to be supplied with modified bio surfactants to supplement bile salts.
LYSOSORB binds oil and water droplets thereby helping to absorb oil in the gut. It breaks the fat globules into small micelles, which are easily digested, absorbed and assimilate into the system, resulting in availability of extra metabolizable energy to the bird.
